Diffraction data naming convention:


sample_maxint_stepsize_n001.xy

Sample: 1a or 1e, indicating the sample from the IUCr Commission on Powder Diffraction Quantitative Phase Analysis Round Robin
Maxint: a value indicating the nominal maximum intensity of the diffraction pattern in counts. The uncertainty of each point is the square root of the intensity.
stepsize: a value indicating the nominal stepsize of the diffraction data in deg 2Th. 0-320 == 0.320 deg.
n001: a suffix to differentiate between different data collections. Only 001 was used.
.xy: data format; two columns one of 2Theta and one of intensity
