Both barley (Hordeum vulgare) and barley grass (H. murinup ssp, leporinum) grasses with foliar leaf symptoms consistent with Pyrenophora teres (net blotch disease) were sampled and isolated in the Curtin University laboratories. Isolates were then sequenced with the reduced representation sequencing method, DArTSeq, this is the curated data of 119 isolate genotypes. Data collection time details: 2021 Number of files & types: 1 .xlsx file. Special software required to open files: Microsoft Excel and RStudio Geographic information (if relevant): Primarily from south Western Australia. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ REUSE INFORMATION Recommended citation: Hassett, K.
