DATA INFORMATION

Data description: 
The file contains python scripts, unix shell scripts and their associated schema files, and a pdf imaging guide explaining how to use them. The scripts are an implementation of the GASKAP-HI imaging pipeline described in Pingel, N.M., Dempsey, J., McClure-Griffiths, N.M., et al., 2022. "GASKAP-HI pilot survey science I: ASKAP zoom observations of HI emission in the Small Magellanic Cloud", PASA, 39, e005. doi:10.1017/pasa.2021.59, arXiv:2111.05339, and described in a forthcoming paper Kemp, I. et al., Astronomy and Computing.

Special software required to open files: Supercomputing scripts require rjs (a wrapper for slurm), CASA and WSClean version 3.0
